If you’ve been doing ABM for a long enough time, you have a Total Addressable market of all the ideal clients with several sublists.
If most of your ABM upload sublists contain 300-500 people, then retargeting with ABM makes no sense for you.
However, if you expand the dream client list to include other people in the room beyond key decision-makers, your list adds up to 20K-50K. Then consider this –

π Check if they form a part of the top 500 companies list.
π Then, you can retarget them. (In my opinion – you should retarget them)
People miss out on leveraging LinkedIn native filters. Consider this –

π Though they’re not on the list, they are most likely in a similar situation.
π Then, you can retarget them.
Lookalike audience – it sounds simple but jaw-dropping that only a few companies have the
maturity to do it with ABM on Linkedin.
TL;DR
See if people on your list are actually in a warm audience.
See if people similar to those on your list are in your warm audience.
Retarget them both.
Don’t expect a siloed cold ABM campaign to convert high-value prospects.
