Google’s New “Vids” Software Injects AI into your Workspace Videos

Google’s been a bit busy lately – with its annual I/O conference coming up, the announcement of its new Find My Device network and new Axion CPUs, the Mountain View company certainly has a lot on its plate. With that in mind, Google recently announced new AI features for its workspace services during this year’s Cloud Next conference in Las Vegas.

More specifically, the company unveiled its new “Google Vids” feature, a video-creation tool which works alongside AI software. While other apps like Docs and Sheets allow for collaborative browser-based work for documents and such, Vids will provide a means to allow users to create video content based on user files such as text documents, images, and more. Users can also work together in real-time, all from their web browser.
