An online session delivered by Daniil Shcherbakov, Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder of Libi and Daughters, followed by Q&A.

Daniil is an alumnus of Cambridge Judge Business School and a regular speaker for the school’s Entrepreneurship Centre. He’ll be joining us to share his extensive experience of launching a product or service, highlighting some of the key steps to consider and offering valuable how-to tips, including:

· Checking your market and marketing strategy – is your timing right?
· Is this a ‘soft’ or ‘hard’ launch and what does each entail?
· Crafting an effective launch marketing message
· What SMART goals are and how to set them
· Setting budgets
· Different communication styles and materials for various promotional platforms
· Still prototyping after launch – being clear on what you need to test.

Speaker bio:

Daniil has over a decade of experience in launching new tech start-ups. Among his notable ventures was Fibrum, where he spearheaded the production and global distribution of Fibrum ProVR headsets, successfully making then available on platforms such as Amazon, Best Buy, HMV and Media Market- Saturn. He also played a pivotal role in the US and the UK with the launch of the Radario Marketing Platform, securing a partnership with Eventbrite and making the company’s analytical tool accessible to over 10,000 event organisers. Currently he is developing the tech enabled luxury skincare brand, Libi and Daughters, closing a funding round of £500,000 in December 2023.
As a mentor and workshop presenter, Daniil works with start-ups to help then launch new tech ventures, finding their product/market fit, closing first sales and managing early-stage fundraising.
