We investigate the price differences between online and in-store shopping at retailers like Old Navy. Shoppers are finding the same products cheaper online. So we try to buy some stylish fashion pieces like some summer dresses and shorts, and try to get the Old Navy store employee to price match to the cheaper online prices. And surprise, this shopping hack works! But why do companies do this? It seems like we have to shop twice for the same product, just to get the right price.
