Online shopping becoming more popular; process of returning gifts changing [Video]

PERRYSBURG, Ohio — As online shopping is becoming more popular, returning holiday gifts is not always as simple as going to a department store.

Lines at UPS stores and other locations to ship returns are often busy no matter where you go.

Some customers at the UPS in Perrysburg say that while they think lines may be getting longer, the process to return items is much easier with more options available.

“It’s definitely a lot busier this year. It seems like there’s a lot more people in the lines. The store is crazy right now,” said customer Cara Engle. “But I have a lot more options, different places I can go to do the returns, so, it’s definitely easy.”
