BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A first of its kind in Alabama! Rowan at The Summit is a nurse-only piercing shop.
The new business opened Monday April, 15, at The Summit.
The safe ear care practice uses licensed nurses only for their piercings.
Chief Marketing Officer Robin Page said they want people to leave with piercings feeling confident, but most importantly healthy throughout the process.
Rowan uses hypoallergenic jewelry, which is safer on skin.
The boutique’s ribbon cutting was April 15 at 12 p.m.
