Frito-Lay issues recall of Lays Classic chips [Video]

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Frito-Lay has issued a recall of limited number of Lay’s Classic party size.

The 13 ounce bag may contain undeclared milk ingredients, according to the company. Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product contained inside the recalled bags.

Officials said the affected products were distributed to retail stores and e-commerce distributors in Oregon and Washington.

The recalled bags will have a “Guaranteed Fresh Date of 11 FEB 2025″ on the front of the bag, and the specific manufacturing codes as indicated in the chart below.

The company mentioned that no other Lay’s products, flavors, sizes, or variety packs are recalled.
