Unfortunately, many fitness enthusiasts dive too deep into the quad-building waters, swimming seemingly endless laps in an effort to develop strong, muscular thighs. However, putting all of your eggs into one basket isn’t a sound strategy for any endeavor, especially when it comes to constructing a well-balanced physique.
