Paula Williams: Genaro, if we could start with Cutter Aviation, I just pulled up a few things from the Cutter website, and some of the things that really stood out to me. Here we’ve got some images on your website, and we also had a chat window that pulled up, and you have great pictures of people on the Cutter website all over the place, and that’s something that I think is kind of unusual but I really like it.
