Austrian incest monster Josef Fritzl is demanding that the new house he intends to move into if released from prison must have a cellar.

Fritzl, 89, callously imprisoned his daughter Elisabeth in a cellar for 24 years, and raped her thousands of times, forcing her to conceive seven children.

He is currently serving a life sentence at Stein prison in Austria, but his lawyer, Dr Astrid Wagner, is pursuing a strategy for him to secure early release by claiming his dementia could render him unfit to remain incarcerated.

Speaking to Mail Online, Dr Wagner said: ‘I went to see Mr Fritzl in prison today, and he keeps talking about wanting to be in a house when he gets out of prison, and he has made very, very clear it has to have a cellar.

‘He says he wants a cellar because he has so many things he needs to store. …
