Being a delivery driver is no easy business.  The hours are long, the amount of online shopping is only increasing, and it’s not easy being out all day when the temperatures are pushing triple digits.

A rumor has started circling that Amazon has started banning delivery drivers from singing in their cars for fear it would cause them to be “distracted” while driving.

As everyone knows, your car is one of the few spots in your life where you feel free to belt out your favorite tune, but apparently Amazon has cameras in their trucks that monitor their drivers constantly, where they’ll get “dinged” if they’re caught singing to the radio.

Amazon is denying this rumor.  According to a statement per Jalopnik, a spokesperson said, “[This] is completely inaccurate.  Amazon has never issued guidance or communications that prohibits singing in the vehicle.”
