Wouldn’t it be great if you could just snap your fingers and generate more backlinks, a way that was ethical, that wasn’t breaking Google’s guidelines in a way that your users would love and they would want to link to you naturally and it didn’t require you to spend hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours just to acquire a handful of backlinks? Well, there is. Today, I’m going to break down how to generate 355 backlinks with just $29.RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/CodeCanyon: https://codecanyon.net/____________________________________________Now, as a quick disclaimer, I’m not encouraging you to buy links, and what I’m about to show you isn’t buying links. I’m not telling you to give money in exchange for link, and I would never recommend that. Instead, I have a really creative approach to generate links that doesn’t break Google’s guidelines. If you look here, here’s the neilpatel.com home page. If you scroll down, what you’ll notice is a tool section. If I go to the tool section, you’ll notice that one of them is an A/B Testing Calculator. People love calculators. You can have calculators on anything, weight loss, mortgage calculators. There’s literally a calculator for every single industry out there. When you’re doing conversion optimization and you have two different variations of your website, which one converts better? If you had 1,000 visitors to variation one and a 1,000 visitors to variation two and variation one had 90 conversions and variation two had 120 conversions, this calculator will tell you, “Hey, Neil, “test B converts 34% better than test A.”It doesn’t really matter how many people linking to you. You want more unique domains linking to you. So how do you create one of these tools? Well, you don’t have to have a developer bone in your body. You can just the term CodeCanyon as I did here. And you can click on codecanyon.net, or you can go directly, and you can type in anything, right? It doesn’t have to be a calculator, but let’s go after calculator. And over time, you’ll just naturally get people linking to it because it’s a tool. People love linking to tools. And this is one simple strategy to leverage to go and generate more backlinks. Now, the more custom you get, if I end up going to the Backlink Checker again, and I also built Uber Suggest, which is a free backlink, free, not more just backlinks, but a keyword research SEO tool. I’m not saying buy links, right? You don’t want to pay someone saying, “Hey, I’ll give you money, and link to me,” but you’re spending money on content. You’re spending time. You’re spending time on development to create products, and whatever version you’re spending money on, the time-wise, whether it’s to create content or to build tools, it has a much better ROI than going out there and manually trying to hit people up and say, “Hey, give me a link,” and begging for it because when you’re creating value, people will naturally want to link to you versus if you’re just begging them. And it’s super effective. So what I would recommend to you is go and create calculators, tools. If you can’t create them, buy them from places like CodeCanyon. It doesn’t cost a lot. Pop them on your website. You can use them with sites like CodeCanyon. You just buy it. Plug it into your website. It fits within WordPress. They have a lot of stuff for WordPress. And as you release more of these, you’ll get more natural backlinks over time, assuming the tools are good and people find value in them. I recommend people do this, whether you use CodeCanyon or another site to get the tools or you build it yourself. Just think about what can you give your audience that they’re going to love, that’s going to provide a ton of value, that they’ll naturally want to link to instead of you going out there and quote-unquote buying links. So that’s it. If you enjoyed this, make sure you like it, share it, tell other people about it, subscribe to the channel. I might add agency, Neil Patel, digital. We constantly get clients telling us I need a lot of high domain authority links. People are asking for this left and right. And everyone believes that you need that to rank at the top of Google and those are the only kinds of links you need. Today I’m going to break down if you really need high domain authority links to rank. Now, if you’re probably wondering, the short answer is yes, high domain authority links do help with rankings but do you really need all your links to be high domain authority? And I’m going to break down how you can get that answer. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________It’s not a simple yes or no, because it’s going to vary per term that you’re trying to rank for. Now, generally speaking, the better the authority of links or sites linking to you.So let’s first break down a keyword that you may want to rank for. I want you to do is Google for the term that you want to rank for and pull up, the first five or 10 pages that are ranking really high up. Now, keep in mind a lot of the sites that rank may have high domain authority and that can skew the results. But in generally speaking, I want you to pull up all the results that are ranking organically on page one take them to Uber suggests and put in the URL and you just go to Neil patel.com/uber suggest. And that’s it. As you can see domain authority, 58 735 links referring domains. This page right here has 124 links from a domain authority of one to 20, 72 links from 21 to 40, 19 links from 41 to 60, 14 links from 61 to 80 and only five domains that are Lincolnton with 81 to a hundred. So as you can see here, majority of the links and this is for the first results of the ranking at the top majority of links, based on this pie graph it doesn’t even look like, you know, less than 15%. What’s the total links? So 234. So this is 14. This is five less than 10% of the links actually have a high domain authority linking to this URL. So now let’s go to the next result. Petco, let’s block that. And I’m going to go back to Uber suggest again you want to look at URL, click the search button type it in 2,587 backlinks, similar only eight domains from 81 to 100, 9 from 61 to 80. So very little so you’re talking about eight plus nine 17. So when I do the rough math 17 divided by let’s move this two, five, eight, seven and you’re looking at less than 1% of their links have a high domain authority for this Petco URL. Now let me go to Amazon now, again, I know Petco, Amazon some of them have high domain authority. And as you can see with the Amazon URL they have a high domain authority, 166 backlinks 73 referring domains. Let’s see, only one link has an 81 to a hundred domain authority. The rest are 21 to 40 and a one through 20. But again, Amazon has a high overall authority. Here’s Purina. Let’s look that up in Uber suggest domain authority, 68 160 174 referring domains. As you can see one domain, 81 to 102 domain, 61 to 80. So that’s three links out of 174. That’s pretty much, you know, around one to 2%. So that’s a really low number, right? So when you think about it when you’re looking at somewhere like Purina they don’t have a lot of rich domain authority backlinks. So in general, if you’re worrying or thinking like I need a lot of rich domain authority links to rank, the biggest trend that you saw with most of these pages that are ranking on page one, majority of their links have low domain authority. Don’t obsess about domain authority, even though a lot of tools like Moz and us and ATRA and SEM rush. We have our own metrics of domain authority. Google doesn’t use domain authority. It’s just an indicator to show you that, Hey this site has more authority links from it are better but it doesn’t mean that you need tons of high domain authority links to rank. And there’s a lot of cases especially when you get into longer tail terms and dog food I would say is a head term and is competitive. But there’s a lot of terms out there that are less competitive than terms like dog food. So don’t obsess about the domain authority, focus on the sites linking to you and their relevancy over anything else. And when you’re working on your link building, just go out there and get as many good natural links as possible. Create a good product, create good content and that’s how you’re going to win. Instead of obsessing on your domain authority. easy way to make backlinkshttps://johnbestmarketingtools.com/web-2-0-backlinks-easy-way/If you’ve ever dealt with a link method, you’ve most likely sent link requests. The concept is simplejust ask a site for a backlink. It’s the most direct way to get new links, and when it works, it’s incredibly convenient. However there’s an issue. This isn’t an ideal strategy. Typically, these requests get lost in a flood of emails.Often, your demand will get overlooked because it’s not a high priority. Other times, your demand will get flat-out rejected. You’ll get a response, however it will not be the sort of action you want. So what do you do? You have to create a backlink request that is difficult to overlook or reject. And if you appreciate getting premium links, you absolutely require to understand how to compose a good link request pitch. It’s an important skill for any SEO or online marketer to learn. I’m going to break down the process of creating a link request that will work for you and help you get brand-new authority links. Here’s the unfair reality about getting links. Some websites that aren’t the very best get links even if they can pitch themselves well. Which suggests there are lots of sites that should have links since they have remarkable material. But not all of these websites create good pitches, so they do not get links. The main point here is that sites won’t provide backlinks to anybody with a URL. As someone who runs a number of blogs, I can confirm to that. I do frequently give backlinks, however I’m choosy. I personally think about both the pitch and the post or website in question, but I understand lots of people do not. Here’s an example of a pitch that is sent method frequently: But initially, I wish to describe what website owners (like me!) are searching for in a pitch. The reason that any blog accepts backlinks is ultimately to assist themselves out. Getting backlinks best is essential for a fantastic link building method, so almost every site wishes to have the very best links. This is a huge offer. Links are one of the key ingredients to ranking high on Google. But how do you find sites that are willing to link to you? Hey everyone, I’m Neil Patel, and today I’m going to break down how to find lucrative link opportunities in under 60 Seconds. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________hunter.io: https://hunter.io/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Let’s say you’re competing with neilpatel.com, I want you to enter in your competitor’s domain, not your own, but your competitors. And then just click search. It’ll load up this report in Ubersuggest, this is the backlinks report that breaks down all the back links that your competitors have. It breaks on their domain authority, their backlinks, their referring domain names, that’s how many new unique websites are linking to them, right? Specific domains, not just pages, and then organic monthly traffic that they’re getting. And then as you can see here it has their link graph of over time of how many new referring domains that are linking to them. If it’s going down, if it’s going up, and it’ll show you their new links that they’re gaining each and every single day, as well as their lost links that they’re losing each and every single day. And I want you to go through, and I want you to first click on advanced filters and there’s include/exclude referring domains, exact matching, enter domain name. The first I want you to do is click on follow. So this only shows you the links that are followed, because the no-follow ones don’t really help increase your rankings. Then you want to make sure the one link per domain is clicked and highlighted in orange. And as long as you do that, you’re fine. And then what I want you to do is type in domains that include anchor, that contains any of the keywords that you’re going after. So I’m going after, let’s say SEO, and I’ll click apply. And this will start showing me all the links it’s loading. It’ll show me all the links that have the word SEO in there. And what I want you to do is do this for your competition and then go to each of the websites that has linked to them. You just click this arrow where it says source, okay? And I’m doing this for a few of the sites. So Webflow, business SEO, Qe box, and you’d want to go through them, start reaching out to some of these sites and say, hey, I noticed you link out to Neil Patel and his article on what is SEO. I have a more detailed article that not only breaks down what SEO is, but how to leverage it and how to do it in three simple steps. So I’m Googling here for SEO. Although this article has a pop-up, let’s see if I can find it really quickly. So SEO, let’s see if that was a link to me. Nope, that’s a link to themselves. May take a little bit Google own Starter Guide, Support Google, that’s another business one. Let’s see if I can keep scrolling on, mine say beginner’s guide. In his thorough blog to that, that’s to me. So, in thorough guide to Bing SEO, so this links to my Bing SEO article. Now, if you’re struggling to find, hey who do I contact at yell.com, look for author and you just Google from, or you can go to hunter.io. So hunter.io let’s go there. And the company is yell.com. I think it’s yell.com. There you go, 27 results. And sometimes you’ll be able to find the exact email of that person. Sometimes you’ll see it for other people, and that’s fine pick someone at that company. Ideally, the ideal person who wrote the article and just message them. And with Hunter, you can sign up for a free account and you can get 50 free searches. And this is the process I use to find the email address, do outreach and contact each of these people and try to build links. It’s a tedious task. It works. It’ll generate you more links, do this with each of your competitors, find the relevant articles that are linking out to them, and try to convince them to link out to you. Don’t focus on domain authority or anything like that. Just focus on quality links, and the easiest way to figure out who linked to you is people who linked to your competitors and they link to other similar articles.
