Shopee has recently launched its latest program for MSMEs, the Seller Education Hub. The program aims to support MSMEs in adapting Shopee’s digital platform and encourage them to embrace digital transactions.
The Shopee Seller Education Hub hosts modules on how to cultivate an online presence and boost sales. Under the program, sellers may take masterclasses about various e-commerce topics. The topics include running effective campaigns and growing the business, proper guidelines on handling return and refund requests, managing listing assets, boosting sales using available marketing tools, and creating awareness of the target market through activity and business insights.
Shopee also offers marketing tools under the Shopee Live that allows MSMEs to interact with their customers and answer real-time questions and inquiries regarding a product.
