KCHD shifting priority to vaccination, changing contact tracing strategy [Video]

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Health Department said Friday it is prioritizing vaccination efforts and changing its contact tracing strategy.

Below is the full press release:

To prioritize vaccination efforts, the Knox County Health Department is changing its contact tracing and case investigation strategy. An important tool in a typical outbreak, contact tracing is less effective than vaccination when such a high level of community transmission is occurring.

Contact tracers are, in effect, disease detectives. They interview people who have recently tested positive for an illness, work to determine with whom they’ve recently come in contact and provide advice to those people on how to avoid spreading the virus to others.

Because transmission levels remain high and vaccination efforts are ramping up, the Health Department will scale back who will be contacted following testing positive with COVID-19.

KCHD will only interview people diagnosed with COVID-19 within six days of the health department being notified. …

How to Get More Organic Reach & Visibility on Facebook - Module 2 - Lesson 1 - Facebook Unlocked [Video]

Today I'm going to be breaking down how you can get more organic reach from Facebook. And of course, this is going to help you go from zero to 200,000 followers. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________Download the Assets mentioned in this course: https://neilpatel.com/training/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________If you want the most amount of organic reach you got to first understand Facebook's news feed algorithm. What I mean by this is when you post on Facebook, Facebook determines if they should show your content you're posting to other people, or if they should barely show to anyone, or heck even worse if they should show it to no one. What I would recommend is first you want to post information that really helps other people. So first needs to appeal to the audience that you're targeting. And that's probably the most important aspect of the newsfeed algorithm. The second most important part is when you drive people off of Facebook you don't do as well compared to when you keep people on Facebook. And the best way which I found to do consistently well is just by publishing evergreen content. You want to optimize for SEO, but keep in mind user experiences the most important thing. And I also recommend that you write for beginners and you avoid things like technical jargon or other keywords that people don't understand. And of course, when you're creating this content don't be afraid to repurpose it. Search ins don't penalize for duplicate content. So I repurpose my content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and the list goes on and on that help me get more traffic over time. And when you're posting you're probably wondering, hey Neil, when should I post? Well, you can just look at your audience and see when are they on Facebook because they provide analytics. When posting on Facebook I recommend that you do native posting. What I mean by this is try to post as much of the content on Facebook. Don't try to send them off to your website. And then the second thing that I would recommend is don't use one of those apps to schedule your content. Facebook wants you to go on Facebook and post through there versus using an app that allows you to schedule.Look at the numbers, look at the dates that you're posting. This will help you figure out how to fine-tune and only share the stuff that's going to not necessarily quote unquote go viral because you can't control virality but more so post the stuff that people want to engage with. Like, share, comment. I also recommend that you compare Facebook to other sources. You need to look at Google ads, YouTube ads, SEO, TV, newspaper, radio. All this will give you understanding of what's working in your sector but on different platforms. And if you don't have a big network I recommend partnering up with other Facebook pages. When you partner up with them and you can look for ones at similar pages, similar audiences, you can start promoting their stuff, they can start promoting your stuff it creates this win-win situation. Take that customer feedback, take those testimonials, post and share it. It can even be an image format. And this will help get more and more people who want similar results start following your fan page. Now, if you just do it very boring and salesy it's not going to work too well. Keep in mind even if you post a testimonial, if it's not beneficial to the audience it's not going to do well. You'll end up learning what your fans like and what they don't which is going to help you get more net followers. Because you remember every time you post, yes you could potentially get more followers but you can also lose followers if people don't like what you're posting. And that's really important because you need to monitor these insights to figure out what's working and what's not working. One other thing that I recommend is to build your brand. And one way to increase your brand authority is by following the rule of seven in marketing. When someone sees or interacts with your brand seven times they're much more likely to evangelize you, remember you, talk about you and that's super important, that's how I build brands. And last but not least if you don't love what you're posting, if you don't love helping people, if you don't love the industry you are in and you don't care, well, you're not going to do as well. That's why I recommend you try to put other people first. Putting them first is what's going to get you the results that you're looking for. Links are one of the key ingredients to ranking high on Google. But how do you find sites that are willing to link to you? Hey everyone, I'm Neil Patel, and today I'm going to break down how to find lucrative link opportunities in under 60 Seconds. RESOURCES & LINKS: ____________________________________________hunter.io: https://hunter.io/Ubersuggest: https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/____________________________________________Let's say you're competing with neilpatel.com, I want you to enter in your competitor's domain, not your own, but your competitors. And then just click search. It'll load up this report in Ubersuggest, this is the backlinks report that breaks down all the back links that your competitors have. It breaks on their domain authority, their backlinks, their referring domain names, that's how many new unique websites are linking to them, right? Specific domains, not just pages, and then organic monthly traffic that they're getting. And then as you can see here it has their link graph of over time of how many new referring domains that are linking to them. If it's going down, if it's going up, and it'll show you their new links that they're gaining each and every single day, as well as their lost links that they're losing each and every single day. And I want you to go through, and I want you to first click on advanced filters and there's include/exclude referring domains, exact matching, enter domain name. The first I want you to do is click on follow. So this only shows you the links that are followed, because the no-follow ones don't really help increase your rankings. Then you want to make sure the one link per domain is clicked and highlighted in orange. And as long as you do that, you're fine. And then what I want you to do is type in domains that include anchor, that contains any of the keywords that you're going after. So I'm going after, let's say SEO, and I'll click apply. And this will start showing me all the links it's loading. It'll show me all the links that have the word SEO in there. And what I want you to do is do this for your competition and then go to each of the websites that has linked to them. You just click this arrow where it says source, okay? And I'm doing this for a few of the sites. So Webflow, business SEO, Qe box, and you'd want to go through them, start reaching out to some of these sites and say, hey, I noticed you link out to Neil Patel and his article on what is SEO. I have a more detailed article that not only breaks down what SEO is, but how to leverage it and how to do it in three simple steps. So I'm Googling here for SEO. Although this article has a pop-up, let's see if I can find it really quickly. So SEO, let's see if that was a link to me. Nope, that's a link to themselves. May take a little bit Google own Starter Guide, Support Google, that's another business one. Let's see if I can keep scrolling on, mine say beginner's guide. In his thorough blog to that, that's to me. So, in thorough guide to Bing SEO, so this links to my Bing SEO article. Now, if you're struggling to find, hey who do I contact at yell.com, look for author and you just Google from, or you can go to hunter.io. So hunter.io let's go there. And the company is yell.com. I think it's yell.com. There you go, 27 results. And sometimes you'll be able to find the exact email of that person. Sometimes you'll see it for other people, and that's fine pick someone at that company. Ideally, the ideal person who wrote the article and just message them. And with Hunter, you can sign up for a free account and you can get 50 free searches. And this is the process I use to find the email address, do outreach and contact each of these people and try to build links. It's a tedious task. It works. It'll generate you more links, do this with each of your competitors, find the relevant articles that are linking out to them, and try to convince them to link out to you. Don't focus on domain authority or anything like that. Just focus on quality links, and the easiest way to figure out who linked to you is people who linked to your competitors and they link to other similar articles.
