IKEA Taps Linus Karlsson as Creative Chief Across Marketing and Product [Video]

IKEA of Sweden AB has hired ad-agency veteran Linus Karlsson for the newly created role of chief creative officer for both product development and marketing and communication, creating a bridge across two groups that are typically separated within a company.

“Product development and communications are overlapping more and more,” Mr. Karlsson said. “Collaboration in all forms is definitely a way forward. It’s not good for things to be siloed.”
