First, you need to enable a setting in wordpress

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱► 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 ► 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 ► 𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 ‘𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽’

Once you have created the pages

To add the pages to menu

Select the pages which you want to add it to menu

Once you have added the pages to menu

So to set the condition

Click on the page, and you will get the option to select the users

Click on it and select the users, who can see that particular page

Same way, set the users for all the pages

Now if someone registers on your site using this form

Their details will be stored on your dashboard

Once you do this, if someone tries to visit any page on your website,

it will ask them to register on your site, in order to view the content.

How to restrict a page on your site to registered users only

To do that

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 ► 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀

Open the page, you want to restrict

Scroll down and enable ‘𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁’ option

Then select who can view the page

As we want only the registered users to see the page

Select ‘𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀’

Then select user role as ‘𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿’

Now to redirect the users when they try to view the page

Click on the next option and select ‘𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀❜

How to approve the users manually

There are 2 methods

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝟭: set up the admin review

To do that

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 ► 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 ► 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 ► 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

Under the registration options ► 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀► require admin review

Then click ‘𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲’

Now to enable email notification when someone register on our site

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 ► ‘𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹’ ► 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Enable the option

And click ‘𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀’

whenever a visitor registers on our site, the admin will get an email notification.

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 ► 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 ► 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 ► 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹

Click Account approved email and enable the option

And click save changes.

Now once you approve the user, they will receive an email

You can approve the users by going to 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 ►𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 ► ‘𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄’.

Select the user, click on UM action

Select approved membership and click apply.

And the user will be approved and they will receive an email about the approval

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝟮: activate the user by email activation

𝗚𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 ► ‘𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿’ ► ‘𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀’ ► ‘𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀’,

Now under ‘𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀’

Click on ‘𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀’ and select ‘𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’

Then click ‘𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲’

Now to send the account activation email to your visitors

And enable the option

then save changes.

Now when the user registers on your site, they will get an email for account activation
