Step 1: Get the Elementor Pro Plugin
It will take you to Elementor pro plugin page.
Now choose your plan & click ‘buy now’
Create your account and make purchase.
Once you have purchased the plugin,
Just click ‘Download’, to download the plugin.
Step 2: Install the Plugin
Go to WordPress dashboard ► Plugins ► Add new
Now click ‘Upload’, & drag and drop Elementor plugin from your computer.
And click Install & Activate’.
In order to use plugin, click ‘Connect & activate’.
Step 3: Add the Scrolling Effects to your Site
Go to your site, to add scrolling effect click ‘Edit with Elementor’,
To add scrolling effect to image, click on the image.
Go to Advance ► Motion Effects and turn on ‘scrolling effects’.
Now select the scrolling effect you want to add,
And then adjust the speed and direction of the effect.
You can also adjust view port for making the images inside the section.
Like wise, you can add scrolling effect to any text or images on your site.
To add fade in effect, click ‘Transparency’ and adjust the view port.
Next, to add mouse effect to the image, click on the image
Go to Advance ► Motion effect, and enable ‘Mouse effect’
You can add 3d effect by selecting ‘3D tilt’ & adjust the effect.
Next, To add fixed background effect with moving content
Just click on the section, click ‘style & Attachment’, And select fixed.
To add scrolling effect, enable scrolling and select your effect.
Once you’re done making changes, click ‘Update’.
