But it also offered a welcome dose of escapism in a difficult year, a light comfort-watch complete with dreamy settings, quirky outfits and plenty of romance. And fans of the show will be delighted to learn that Netflix has commissioned a second season, having announced the news with a fun fictional letter.
Written on ‘Savoir’-headed notepaper (the fictional French marketing agency Emily works for in the series), the letter relates: ‘We are writing to regrettably inform you Emily Cooper will need to remain in Paris for an extended period of time.
