About the Role:
The eCommerce Planning Analyst is responsible for executing planning processes for the eCommerce business unit, including annual and quarterly target setting, forecasting, budgeting, and marketing campaigns. As a key member of the eCommerce Analytics team, the Planning Analyst collaborates with business partners and leadership to define and communicate plans, manage weekly risk mitigation and budget reallocation, and conduct cross-functional quarterly business reviews.
They are an action-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills, able to quickly comprehend and adapt to emerging priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
In addition to managing the planning process, the Planning Analyst will work closely with Finance and Legal to manage purchasing, contracts, invoicing, and accruals for the eCommerce business unit.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in an operational analyst role, including project management and KPI tracking
2+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, and reporting
Advanced level with Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Domo preferred
