Cheap and easy Video Content Marketing

MLB’s New Media and Content Marketing team is looking for a creative, baseball-obsessed fan to publish content to MLB’s Twitter account and secondary accounts. Must have experience in social media with a strong understanding of baseball and pop culture trends. Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Publish to MLB’s official Twitter and boutique accounts (@MLBGIFs, @MLBVault)
  • Identify and highlight key storylines in baseball each day through content and copy
  • Work closely with the content team to create engaging content that shows off our players and our game
  • Make editorial decisions in line with MLB’s marketing goals
  • Track what’s happening across baseball in real-time and prioritize social coverage
  • Consistently pitch new ways to cover relevant storylines and be ahead of the curve on Twitter among sports accounts and brands
