💡 What you do is secondary to who you are as a person. This is so true. Think about whom you refer or talk about in a good way because you know, like, and trust them.
💡 It all starts with a conversation: when a situation presents itself (someone asks), when you or an “influencer” for you recognizes a need (and suggests it), or when you start a conversation. When Dave says influencer, he doesn’t mean someone famous that you hope will mention your brand, he means another person that thinks you are great and is open to sharing that.
💡 To start a good word-of-mouth conversation it should be unexpected, memorable, and shareable.
